This review highlights how plants detect hormones through remarkably diverse receptors and signaling systems that control growth, development, immunity, and environmental adaptation. Drawing on major advances in structural biology, we examine how hormone receptors recognize their ligands and activate downstream pathways with precision.

Our work showcases the molecular logic of plant hormone perception while pointing toward new opportunities where emerging computational and structural tools can drive the next generation of discoveries and crop innovation.
